  Incident Reporting

Environmental, Quality or Health and Safety incidents all cause concern and may even have a direct impact upon your ability to operate your business in a profitable manner.

Effective incident prevention relies on information, information which the  incident database captures for you. Corrective actions can be time stamped and followed up in a timely manner with all interested parties fully aware of progression.

Incident Reporting

Incident Reporting is simplified into a series of standardised steps and the data entry screens are intuitive to use, via tabbed data entry, speeding up the whole reporting and analysis process.

Once created the incident is given an automatic and unique identification number

Past due items can be flagged automatically for review and close out

Changes may even need to be sanctioned via Concession or Change management hence the concept of a suite of integrated process improvement tools.

Environmental Incidents - e.g. Chemical Spills

An Environmental Incident is one that has or may have an adverse impact upon air, land or water and the life forms that inhabit and depend upon these realms for life. Manufacturing Industry is required to manage and minimise the risk of harm to the environment through legal consent and operationally demonstrable control measures and reporting systems.

Quality Incidents - e.g. Substandard Product/Complaints

A Quality Incident is not simply substandard finished goods and complaints, it also includes substandard goods and services coming into the organisation and the manufacturing process itself (i.e. substandard workmanship, excessive downtime etc).

Health and Safety (H&S) Incidents - e.g. Accidents

A H&S Incident is not just personal injury, it's also a near miss, an accident waiting to happen. Many organisations now conduct regular procedural and occupational audits to identify and reduce the risk of incident in the workplace before it causes harm. 

The heart of any good database is it's reporting capability and functionality. The suite of tools has a large selection of standard reports but, as a part of the package, can be fully customised to meet your every need.

Effective Incident Reporting is as much about incident prevention as it is about reporting incidents, and we all know that prevention is far less expensive than cure.

The cost of an effective incident, information and corrective action, reporting system almost pales into insignificance if it prevents a single incident from occurring.
